SQUAD TRAINING

Every Saturday from 12pm till 2.30pm we hold Squad Training

Squad training is for:
 Competitors going to the Greece World Championships.
 No matter what club you are from you are invited along
 Also anyone wishing to improve their competitive career in:
 Full, Semi or Light-Contact, Grappling, Forms or Weapons.
 If you are in the WUMA and are free every Saturday your welcome.

 FREE TRIAL ONE OFF SQUAD TRAINING SESSION ANY SATURDAY
 JUST TURN UP AT 12PM    "you do not need to book in"

 We charge a monthly fee and expect you to be regular, there are no cash one off payments.
 We need you to be regular to work on your abilities and regulate your progress.
