along to the "KO Week" where only full-contact is taught. |

| Venue: | WUMA World Headquarters in Cheltenham. | ||
| KO Cost: | Adults: £100 or $150 US Dollars or the same amount in Euros for the Tuition | ||
| Under 18 years £80 however an adult must be assigned as a guardian for the week if the parents do not accompany them. | |||
| Sleep Bag: | Hire of a sleeping Bag for one week £10 | ||
| Camp Bed: | Hire of a camp bed for one week £10 | ||
| Free use: | of the Shower & Kitchen. | ||
| Instructors: | We are offering a discount to each Instructor, Tel HQ for details. | ||
| Spectators: | We do not allow spectators watching the training. | ||
| Reception: | If you wish to bring your partner we have no problem with that and we have a reception for them to watch the television while you train. They can stay free also. | ||
| Children: | If you are bringing children as a family holiday then we suggest a local Hotel or B&B. | ||
| Grade: | Beginners and advanced are welcome. | ||
| Fitness: | If there is any doubts about your fitness then please check with your doctor before signing up for this course, the work rate will be quite heavy at times. | ||
| Sparring: | There will be no Full-Contact sparring as this is a training camp. | ||
| Competition: | You will be allowed to compete for Free in our Novice Competition on Saturday 14th June click here for information | ||

The cost will include Free accommodation
if you bring a sleeping bag. The sleeping area will be a matted space of the gym however for small numbers we can provide a room with a matted floor or a limited amount of camp beds. Hiring a sleeping bag & BED will cost £20 for the week. For those that need comfort there are B&B within walking distance of the HQ. |

The WUMA HQ is situated near junction 10 of the M5 motorway, we are on an Industrial Estate but also in walking distance of McDonalds, Kentucky Fried Chicken & Supermarkets. The estate has a 6 day a week Burger Van nearby for cooked food, he sells healthy food also. We ourselves have a large reception with snacks and soft drinks for sale. Within a 5 minute walk there is a Ten Pin Bowling centre with an amusement arcade, Bar and Bar meals. We are 1 mile from the centre of the town of Cheltenham. We do have a local Pub within walking distance and a Bed & Breakfast for those that like comfort. We have 2 TV rooms for those that want to settle down for the night with a film. The HQ has a changing room and shower, Lockers, 3 toilets and hot water at all times. |

Richard Hopkins first Full-Contact bout was in 1978 against Les Evans of Kings Norton. In 1983 he won the British Title (see opposite picture) After 110 bout's his final time as a competitor was in the 1985 WAKO World Championships where he lost to John Graden of the USA in the Semi-Final. Simone Hopkins won the British Ladies Full-Contact Title in 1991 against Coventry's Sue Guy. In 1996 she won the World Title and held onto it until 2006 where she retired. |

The cost will include 5 DAYS OF TUITION MONDAY TO FRIDAY. Anyone wishing to stay until Monday to get a bus or plane home may do so. |

The cost will include the learning of: Spot Pad Training ~ Kickshield Training ~ Learning warm up and cool down techniques. Getting rid of stitch & injuries. Tai Bo ~ Kickboxercise syllabus (double time for full-contact training). |
