POST your order with a CHEQUE made payable to DMAW (IBU), or send CASH by Special Delivery post.
Print this page and fill it in with black ink. Make sure your order contains all the relevant information including product description, colour, size, quantity, all embroidery details, and delivery address. Send it to:
IBU HQ, 9 Shaftesbury Industrial Estate, The Runnings, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 9NH.
 (Delivery is usually within 7 days for Credit Card and Cash payments, and within 18 days for Cheques.)
