A message from Simone:-
Hi all, Simone here and I would like to invite you to my above course to earn and receive certified certification in order to teach Kick Aerobics ~ Boxercise - Tai Bo
I personally have taught this since learning it in America in 1991.  The name has changed a few times however the syllabus has always been the same. My classes at HQ are full and people love this type of training.
The course will consist of an explanatory 30 minute low impact workout for complete beginners onto a 30 minute high impact workout for more advanced members. We will also go through what muscles we are using, how to breath during the exercise, how to teach it etc.   After a break in the cafeteria we will go onto  the theory finalising with a test.  
The certification certificate will be signed by myself as the Senior Coach and my husband
