Venue Bus: We are supplying transport to and from the event,
miss it and you have to find your own way.
Spectators: All

Insurance: We insist you get appropriate Insurance. We
can supply this or you may shop around.
If you are getting your own Insurance then do it early in case
something happens before you go.

Category Entry: Category cost: Adults £30 per category.

enter any category that you wish as long as you fit the criteria.
Spectators
Entry Fee: cost Adults £20 Under 16yrs £10 per day. We will be taking payment for this
at the Hotel meeting place.
Fighters:
Spectator Fee for the day they don't enter: cost £10 per day.
However we are looking for Adult Blackbelts that wish to help referee the under
16's
Semi Contact Team
Entry Fee: £10 per person (3 in a team) if you have 3 for a team
from your group that's fine.
If you wish to go into a semi contact team state
the team you are eligible for on your entry envelope i.e. Kids-Ladies-Mens.
If you have no team mates then we will put you into a mixed team.
Team Kata: £10 per person in the team
Self-Defence: Is the full category price for each person
Attention: All monies paid in are unredeemable once the commitment is
made, sorry!
At the event if you lose your section and wish to fight in the higher weight or
height section it will be to late so make sure you plan ahead and get it right.
We will be taking your envelope including category & spectator
fees at the hotel on Wednesday 8th November at the 9am breakfast in your hotel. Have
your categories written down clearly on an envelope with the correct English
money inside ready to hand in to the coordinator. Once you are in the squad you may enter whatever category you wish as long as
you are the right weight or height age etc & train adequately for it.
Squad Meetings: at the Hotel breakfast 9am each morning.
Agenda: outstanding payment for categories in £ sterling.
Allocation of squad kit, team selection etc.
It is a good idea to bring a pair of training trousers to warm up in just
in case your new ones don't fit ! Wonder web is good in case you need to take the squad kit up.

Rules: All
Squad Members are advised to: Be

in Defeat and Humble in Victory”
Be polite and well mannered
towards other members, the Malta people and other contestants at the event.
Keep together as much as
possible, especially while on the Malta streets, children should always
be with an adult.
Keep all valuables in a safe
place, either locked away or stored in your baggage.
The Squad should sit together
and keep baggage together, this will cut down any thefts, "we have lost
items from bags before".
