LEFT CROSS - REVERSE PUNCH - UPPERCUT- HOOK. 
REVERSE PUNCH - UPPERCUT- HOOK - RIDGEHAND.
UPPERCUT - HOOK - RIDGEHAND - CHOP.

KICKING SEQUENCE
FRONT KICK - SIDE KICK - ROUNDHOUSE KICK - FLICK KICK - STAMP KICK 
SICKLE KICK - INNER & OUTER AXE KICK - DOUBLE SWEEP 
INNER & OUTER CRESCENT KICK - HEEL KICK - HOOK KICK - KNEE - BACK KICK

6-10 BLOCKING ROUTINE

BLOCKING & COUNTER DRILLS
7. Attacker, left stance, front kick off back leg to stomach. 
Defender, left stance, shuffle back No.7 block with left hand and counter.
8. Attacker, left stance, roundhouse kick off back leg to ribs. 
Defender, left stance, shuffle back No.8 block with left hand and counter.

CONTROL & RESTRAINT
7. Defence from a one arm strangle around throat from behind.
8. Defence from a bear-hug from behind.

STREET SELF-DEFENCE

1. Attack, Shuffle & Jab. Defence, left palm block, reverse punch, stamp kick to knee, wrist lock take down & punch, role and finish with goose neck.
2. Attack, Step & Hook. Defence, Left upper block, forearm smash to bicep, shuffle in & elbow behind ear lobe, push head down onto knee, take down, sit and apply arm and neck locks.
